Wednesday - 09.26.12 (Day Session)

(1) Find your 1RM of Bench Press

(2) Bench Press @80% of 1RM
     Sets of 1-2-3-4-1-2-3-4

(3) Every 4 Minutes for 10 Rounds
     10x Power Clean and Jerks @135 lbs.
     10x Burpees

(4) EMOM for 12 Minutes
     10x Pushups
     10x Dips
