(1) Work up to 1RM of Back Squat

(2) Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes
     5x Back Squat @80% of 1RM

(3) 10 Rounds
     15x Push Press @95 lbs.
     40 yd. Farmers Walk @80 lbs. Dumbells
     40 yd. Sprint
