(2) Snatches (Any variation of the Snatch)
     30x @75 lbs.
     Run 400 Meters
     30x @95 lbs.
     Run 400 Meters
     30x @115 lbs.
     Run 400 Meters
     AMAP in 5 Minutes @135 lbs.
