     10x SDHP @95 lbs.
     10x Man Makers @30 lbs. Dumbells
     40 yd Sled Push w/ 45 lbs. Plate on Sled

(3) 10 Rounds YGIG
     5x Push Press @115 From Back Rack
     10x Hand Release Pushups
     200m Run
