(1) 5 Rounds
     5x Bench Press @185 lbs.
     5x Deadlift @185 lbs.
     5x Power Cleans @185 lbs.

(2) 100x Push Press @95 lbs.
     Every Minute on the minute perform 5 burpees

(3) Foam Roller and Flexibility Work
