(1) EMOM for 15 Minutes
     6x Lunge Steps @185 lbs. in a Front Rack

(2) 7 Rounds
     7x Deadlift @225 lbs.
     14x Burpees
     21x Air Squats

(3) Optional
     Push Press 1-1-1-1-1
     Front Squat 1-1-1-1-1
     Back Squat 1-1-1-1-1
     Increase Weight on Each Rep
